With more than 30 years as a global business executive, Bill Canady has led organizations across industrial and consumer products and services. He focuses on building aligned leadership teams, setting a clear vision, and translating that vision into measurable growth, disciplined cost management, and improved profitability. His experience spans public, private, and private equity-backed companies across international markets.
Bill currently serves as CEO of Arrowhead Engineered Products, a global distributor of mission-critical aftermarket replacement parts, and as Chairman of OTC Industrial Technologies.
Together, the two organizations represent $2.5 billion in combined revenue and more than 5,600 employees across North America and beyond.
Bill graduated summa cum laude from Elmhurst University with a B.S. in Business
Administration and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
He is a veteran of the United States Navy.
