Bill Canady is a seasoned global executive, board director, and business leader with more than 30 years of experience building, transforming, and scaling companies across industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and aftermarket sectors. He has created over $3 billion in shareholder value through disciplined execution, strategic growth initiatives, and cultural transformation.

Bill currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Arrowhead Engineered Products, a $1.5 billion global powersports and aftermarket company with operations in more than 50 countries, and as Chairman of OTC Industrial Technologies, a $1 billion industrial distribution platform with over 30 operating companies. In these roles, he has overseen complex integrations, global supply chain strategies, pricing and margin expansion programs, and organizational redesigns that have delivered consistent EBITDA growth in highly competitive markets.

Throughout his career, Bill has partnered extensively with private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and boards of directors to drive profitable growth and maximize enterprise value. He is recognized for his ability to define clear strategic goals, implement execution disciplines, and deliver results in both high-growth and turnaround environments.

Bill is also the founder of The 80/20 Institute, a training and advisory platform built on his proprietary Profitable Growth Operating System (PGOS). The Institute equips CEOs, founders, and advisors with practical tools and data-driven methodologies to improve EBITDA performance, simplify complexity, and scale businesses effectively.

In addition to his executive leadership, Bill is an accomplished author. His first book, *The 80/20 CEO: Take Command of Your Business in 100 Days*, became a bestseller, and his second, *From Panic to Profit: Uncover Value, Boost Revenue, and Grow Your Business with the 80/20 Principle* (Wiley, 2025), provides a blueprint for unlocking growth in uncertain markets. Bill began his career as a U.S. Navy veteran, an experience that instilled in him discipline, resilience, and commitment to mission. He earned his bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Elmhurst University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
