Free course · 10 lessons · 80 minutes
Four numbers decide whether your business reaches its target. Most CEOs cannot name a single one of them without opening a spreadsheet, and nobody ever handed them over.
No account, no password · Three free calculators · Ends with your own scorecard
This course will not fix your business. It will tell you exactly where you are.
That sounds like a small thing. It is not. You cannot close a gap you have never sized, and you cannot fix a profit problem you have never located. Most of the leaders I work with have been running hard for years against a number they were never shown, in a business whose profit sits somewhere they have never checked.
Ten lessons. Roughly eighty-five minutes of video. Three calculators you run on your own figures. At the end you hold a scorecard with four numbers on it, and the scorecard names your situation in plain language.
There is a specific level of earnings this business has to hit by a specific date. It exists whether or not anyone has told you what it is.
Not in dollars — in the yearly rate of improvement required. That is the figure that tells you whether your plan is credible.
In most businesses a minority of customers produce more than all of the profit, and the rest consume part of it. Almost nobody has checked.
Money spent on growth multiplies whatever is already happening. If your core is healthy it compounds. If it is not, you buy more of the problem.
It teaches you to read four numbers about your own company and what each one implies about the next three years. It teaches you nothing about how to fix the business — that is deliberate, and I say so again in lesson ten. Knowing the gap and closing it are different problems, and pretending otherwise would waste your time.
The promise here is precision, not ease. Every lesson should leave you thinking this is more rigorous than what you are currently running.
No account and no password. Every lesson is open, start to finish — nothing is hidden behind a form and nothing stops you reading.
You are asked for an email three times, and only ever at the same moment: you have just worked out one of your own numbers and can have it back in writing. Lessons three, nine, and the final scorecard.
You can say no to all three and still finish the course with all four numbers. The teaching is not the thing being traded.
Read on a phone if you like. The three calculators are the only step that assumes a desktop, and each lesson says so before you start.
Stop whenever you want. If you come back later, one click in your email returns you to where you left off.
